Your child’s first visit to Battle Born Chiropractic includes a complete history and examination including: weight or bilateral weight (depending on age), appropriate functional exam tests (depending on age), leg check, and palpation.

Born Chiropractic does not take X-rays in the office but recommends bringing any current imaging (within the last 6 months) in with you on your first appointment. If you have not had any X-rays taken recently, we will refer out when necessary and try to use your insurance to get the appropriate imaging needed. Please allow 30-45 minutes for this appointment.

Please make sure to fill out your Intake paperwork and email it to drrachel@battlebornchiropractic.com or fax it to 775-470-5402 by the Thursday before your first appointment. This gives Dr. Rachel the time to review your paperwork before your consult, and exam. If this is not done, your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.
