Dr. Rachel schedules New Patients, Results of Tests, Consults, Re-Examinations and Postpartum Visits on Tuesdays.

Dr. Rachel believes in the importance of the doctor-patient connection and relationship. Appointments are 30-90 minutes depending on the appointment scheduled.

Dr. Rachel schedules Regular Office Visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Dr. Rachel knows how busy everyone’s life is and wants to make it fast and convenient to stay on track with your care plan and health goals.

*We are out of network providers who will supply you with everything you need to give your insurance company to get reimbursed based on your benefits. We do accept Medicare, but we are non-participating providers. We will bill Medicare for you but will pay your allowable on every visit and Medicare will reimburse you personally.

*We do not take walk-ins, but we do schedule same day appointments when the schedule allows for it. This is why we recommend booking out your appointments according to your care plan, so you can get the day and time you’d prefer that makes it fast and convenient for you to stay on track with your health goals.

* We do not take Personal Injury, Auto Accidents or Workman's Compensation cases.
